General Provisions

Account Registration

To register with eo999, members must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or network, eo999 must be notified in advance.

3.2 Information Updates

If any information provided at the time of registration changes, the support team must be notified immediately. eo999 will not be held responsible for any transaction or benefit lost due to outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 KYC Verification

To ensure financial security, eo999 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents may include: a copy of the National ID card, a recent bank statement or mobile banking transaction history, and if necessary, a selfie taken together with the ID card. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Follow the guidelines below strictly:

• Never share your username and password with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not forget to sign out, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• Stay alert against phishing websites or scam messages.

If any financial loss occurs due to unauthorized use of the account and it is proven to have been caused by the member's own negligence, eo999 will not be held liable for that loss.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into eo999:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered mobile number or bank account.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly; contact support if there is any delay.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing earned funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 6 for details).
• In cases of suspicious activity, eo999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (total of deposit plus bonus amount must be wagered 15 times). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and validity period; read them carefully on the offer page.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, the same IP address or the same payment method is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, eo999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the relevant account.
• Wagering contribution may vary for specific games or bet types.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, eo999's decision will be considered final.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on eo999:

7.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special cases).
• eo999 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets placed on incorrect odds or markets due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, bets on that event will be voided and funds will be returned.
• If a combination bet contains multiple events and one is cancelled, the result will be recalculated based on the outcomes of the remaining events.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Live Betting: odds may change rapidly during a match; bets placed after odds have changed due to network delay may be cancelled.
• Bets can be placed on various sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi.
• Maximum bet limits may vary for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and FIFA events.

7.3 Casino Games

eo999 offers games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules; please read the relevant rules before starting a game. Results of rounds completed during a technical error are considered valid; bets on incomplete rounds will be cancelled and funds returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eo999. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Money Laundering: Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate the system in any way, using bots or automated software.
• Odds Arbitrage: Systematic attempts to achieve risk-free profit by exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets using another person's account.
• Inside Information: Placing bets based on internal or undisclosed information.
• Spot Fixing: Participating in match fixing or betting manipulation.

VIP and Rewards Program

eo999's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.2%.

VIP tier is determined based on the member's overall activity. Regular and active use of the platform is required to advance to a higher tier. VIP benefits may change at eo999's discretion. If a VIP account becomes inactive, the tier may be downgraded.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before closure (subject to all wagering conditions being met).

11.2 Suspension or Closure by eo999

eo999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Limitation of Liability

eo999 will not be held liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Unauthorized use of an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).
